Brenna's Ears

Brenna had tubes put in her ears on Tuesday of this week. Following surgery she was disoriented and very unhappy for about a half hour, which was incredible considering the poor girl had to go 12 hours with no food. Following a couple of long naps and big bottles though, she was back to her happy, smiley little self, what a trooper!

The doctor said her ears looked good and he expected them to heal fast with no problems. So let’s keep our fingers crossed that even though she’s growing fast, these tubes will stay put to get her through at least next cold and flu season and she can outgrow the need for them after that.
