Branson - August 2009

As mentioned, we recently took a trip to Branson. My parents and sister had never been there, and we thought it would be a great mini-vacation for the girls, so we packed up and went. We were there for 3 days and nights, and spent two of those days in Silver Dollar City.

Sammie LOVED the rides…

We had a little bit of a hard time getting her to understand waiting in line for them…

Getting her off of them was fun too…

By the second day she was a pro! We thought the park would be boring for Brenna, but she was just so thrilled to be tooling around in her stroller, getting to take in the sights, she was happy as could be.

and was thrilled that we let her sample some of the parks’ goodies…

We had a terrific time and decided it is something we will most certainly do again with the girls. Next time, Brenna should be able to get on some rides too!
